Principal Stephanie Conklin and Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation, visit art teacher Denise Heideman's classroom at Brougham Elementary after Conklin's surprise Milken Educator Award notification. The principal tries to visit every classroom every day, knows every student by name and has created an environment where students want to be at school to learn.
