Missouri Department of Education Commissioner Dr. Margie Vandeven and First Lady Teresa Parson are visiting for an all-school assembly, and the room is filled with dignitaries. But why? The mystery is revealed when Greg Gallagher, senior program director for the Milken Family Foundation, surprises math teacher Melissa Fike with Missouri's 2019-20 Milken Educator Award.
