Lindsey Bibler Named a 2015-16 South Carolina Milken Educator

 

 

South Carolina Superintendent of Education Molly M. Spearman congratulates math department chair Lindsey Bibler on winning a 2015-16 Milken Educator Award. Bibler, who teaches AP Calculus, Pre-Calculus and Differential Calculus, has led South Florence High to impressive heights in math. In 2014, Bibler's students earned a 100% passage rate on the AP Calculus AB exam. The school had not offered AP Calculus BC for a decade, but that same year Bibler generated enough interest to bring the class back. In their first year, Bibler's students reached a 79% pass rate.
