Still taking in the excitement of finding out she is among the best in education, Kelly Maranchuck talks with the Milken Family Foundation. Kelly's passion for education shines through in everything she does. Originally an English teacher at BASIS Washington D.C., she has since stepped into a position as senior curriculum coordinator and instructional coach, allowing her to spread her knowledge and mentor teachers schoolwide. Kelly is an enthusiastic supporter of creating community, maintaining close ties with students, colleagues and families.
