Tennessee Education Commissioner Dr. Candice McQueen commends the students and staff at Millington for its growth in ACT scores and exemplary achievements in college and career readiness. Educators in Tennessee are helping to create "a workforce that we believe will be second to none in a few years," she says.

Then, in an unexpected twist, McQueen introduces another dignitary. "I get inspired every time I hear about his life's work," McQueen says of the guest. Who could it be?
