The special guest is Dr. Candice McQueen, CEO of the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching. She tells the assembly that the Milken Family Foundation travels around the U.S. every year to honor outstanding educators—and this year, one of those excellent educators is right here at Ponaganset High!
