Newly minted Milken Educator Courtney Matulka poses with Governor Pete Ricketts, who presented Matulka with Nebraska's 2015-16 Milken Educator Award in front of the students, faculty and guests gathered in the gym at Beadle Middle School in Omaha. Ricketts, a college biology major, tells Matulka he has a special appreciation for talented science teachers.
