As one the creators of the afterschool Einstein Astronaut Program, Tracy Espiritu knows a thing or two about teaching for the stars. But the product-engineer-turned-STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Architecture, Math)-teacher never expected New Jersey First Lady Mary Pat Christie, Acting Education Commissioner David C. Hespe and Mike Milken to stage a schoolwide assembly that would launch her career into a new orbit! Extra bonus? This all happened on her birthday!
