Brad LeDuc welcomed by MEs

Brad credits his success thus far to his students and his incredible colleagues at Washburn Rural. Now he has a new set of colleagues to add to those ready, willing and eager to help him and learn from him: the Milken Educator Network. On hand to represent this new peer group and personally welcome him were eight past Award recipients from Kansas.

Pictured seated, from left: Brad LeDuc (KS '13), Kansas State Education Board District Four Representative Caroline Wims-Campbell and Kansas Governor Sam Brownback.

Standing, from left: Alice Bertels (KS '00), Jim Armendariz (KS ’04), Jim Haas (KS '93), Norman Conard (KS '92), Bradley Nicks (KS '09), Steve Woolf (KS '95) and Janet Hards (KS '98).

(Not pictured but in attendance is last year's honoree from Kansas, Michael Berndt (KS '12).)
