Kansas Governor Sam Brownback congratulates Brad and addresses the students of Washburn Rural High School in front of the assembly. Given the high caliber of educators in this school, working tirelessly to give each student every opportunity to succeed, the governor issued a challenge to each student: What will they do with this incredible opportunity? How high can they climb together and as individuals to raise themselves, Topeka and the entire nation?
