2026 MEA Forum: Milken Educators Leading the Way

 

 

Kafele shares questions he asks himself as a Milken Educator that cause him to continually improve: “Are your students at an advantage because you are their teacher, leader, or counselor?” It is a constant reflection of “Who am I?”, “What am I about?” and “What is the most recent evidence?” From there, educators can create a concrete action plan that will move them and their students forward.
