Samatha Morgan Wins Milken Educator Award

The Clifton Elementary School Honors Choir opens the assembly, singing, “We are one nation, in freedom, united we stand.” They dedicated their performance to local hero Chris Kyle (of American Sniper fame) and other American heroes.
Today, a different kind of hero is going to be recognized—the American teacher—who is on the frontlines of education, working to create a better future for our nation's young people.
