Fifth-grade English Language Arts and Reading teacher Samatha Morgan has her life changed with a surprise from Milken Family Foundation Chairman and Co-Founder Lowell Milken in the form of a Milken Educator Award and $25,000 "thank you" for the outstanding work she does with students at Clifton Elementary. Joined by Texas Commissioner of Education Michael Williams, Clifton Independent School District Superintendent Rhoda White and many other VIPs, this will be a day Samatha will never forget.
