When Vandeven brings up Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, and Foley surprises science teacher Deborah Siebern-Dennis with Missouri's 2015-16 Milken Educator Award, an ordinary day quickly turns into one the whole school will remember forever.
