Kansas Commissioner of Education Dr. Randy Watson is visiting for a special assembly, but when he introduces Milken Educator Awards Vice President Stephanie Bishop, no one is quite sure why. Then Bishop surprises library specialist Megan Morgan with a Kansas Milken Award and $25,000. It's a career-changing day!
