History Teacher Leslie Sullivan Joins SC Milken Educators

But there's another reason for her visit, which comes to light when Superintendent Spearman and Dr. Candice McQueen, CEO of the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching, surprises social studies teacher Leslie Sullivan with South Carolina's 2019-20 Milken Educator Award.
