Nebraska Commissioner of Education Dr. Brian Maher greets students and guests. Dr. Maher is here to commend Syracuse Middle School on its MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support), which has supported achievement growth. Then he brings an unexpected guest to the microphone: Stephanie Bishop, vice president of the Milken Educator Awards.
