Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Deputy Commissioner Dr. Regina M. Robinson is glad to be joining the assembly at Dighton Elementary. She's also glad to introduce another special visitor — someone who has come all the way from Southern California to share a big secret.
