Newly minted Milken Educator Erika Klose catches her breath in a quiet moment after her surprise Milken Educator Award notification. In addition to her classroom duties, Klose is a member of the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) and National Association of Geoscience Teachers, as well as president-elect of the West Virginia Science Teachers Association.
