Devon Willis-Jones is a passionate educator who loves her students, faculty, staff, parents, and community. As a first year principal, she was assigned to Jeanerette Elementary which was a school with a label of "F". In one year, under her leadership, the school moved to a "B" rating. The school has sustained a "B" for the last two years, and they continue to work diligently toward that "A" rating. Education is not just her profession; it's her passion.
