Chris Bessonette, You're a WY Milken Educator

 

 

Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction Jillian Balow hands Chris Bessonette the signature blue Milken Educator Award envelope embossed with his name as she congratulates him on joining the Milken Educator family. "It's been so hard to keep this secret!" Balow tells the students. "I know what an amazing teacher Mr. Chris is, and what a difference he has made in your lives, in the lives of his teaching colleagues, in his community, and for so many across the state of Wyoming." The educator's son Karsten, a fourth-grader at Munger Mountain, and Greg Gallagher, senior program director for the Milken Family Foundation, look on proudly.
