Students and staff raise the roof when California Department of Education Chief Deputy Superintendent Lupita Cortez Alcalá and Milken Educator Awards Senior Vice President Dr. Jane Foley present math teacher Candice Harrington with a 2019-20 California Milken Educator Award and $25,000. This is one morning Capistrano Valley High will remember forever.
