Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Commissioner Jeffrey C. Riley is glad to be visiting Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School to celebrate the schools' Culinary Arts Program, which recently won a local competition. But he's also here to celebrate excellent educators—and he's brought along a special guest for just that reason.
