Camp Mohave Joshua Barnett

The special guest is Dr. Joshua Barnett, chief executive officer for the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching (NIET). He tells the assembly that he has come to Camp Mohave Elementary School on behalf of the Milken Family Foundation to honor one outstanding teacher.
