Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, tells the assembly that the Milken Family Foundation believes the best educators should be celebrated like rock stars, actors and top athletes. Thirty-five years ago, Lowell Milken created the Milken Educator Awards to provide educators the recognition they deserve. And this year, one of the best teachers in the country is right here in Loving!
