Roseann is an outstanding English Language Arts teacher, but sometimes no words can express the pride and the joy one feels for an unexpected—albeit well-earned—recognition like a Milken Educator Award. Behind her, New York Commissioner of Education Dr. John B. King, Jr. smiles as the assembly continues to applaud Roseann and the work of passionate educators in New York State.
