Shana Davis wins SD Milken Educator Award

Shana Davis hears her name as the newest Milken Educator Award winner of 2013–14, the only one for South Dakota this year.
Recognizing outstanding educators is what the Milken Educator Awards are all about. It doesn't get much better than putting a smile like this on the face of a decorated Army veteran who now focuses her efforts on at-risk youth.
