Lexcee Oddo is currently the Elementary Technology Coach for Turner USD 202, dedicated to empowering teachers and students through innovative, student-centered technology integration. Prior to serving in this role, she was an ELL teacher at Turner Elementary School, where she supported multilingual learners through data-driven instruction, targeted interventions, and individualized support. She also taught second grade for six years, helping students consistently meet and exceed growth expectations in reading and math.
A collaborative leader, Lexcee serves on her school's leadership team, mentors new teachers, facilitates professional development, co-leads district curriculum implementation efforts, and is one of Turner USD 202's teacher trainers in the Science of Reading. Passionate about continuous improvement, she partners with educators to leverage technology, strengthen instruction, and create engaging learning experiences that support the success of all students.
Oddo earned a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education from Kansas State University in 2018 and a Master of Science in education administration from Emporia State University in 2023.
