K.C. Nainan, Ph.D., teaches chemistry and physics to the tenth through twelfth grade students of Stone Mountain High School in Stone Mountain. Dr. Nainan, who has spent several years in Africa and the Indian sub-continent teaching and doing research, has lead his students at Stone Mountain to state, regional and national championships in Science Olympiad Competition. On two occasions the school has finished among the top five. His students have received awards in several other academic competitions including the Science Bowl and the Seiko Youth Challenge and Science Fair. Dr. Nainan also co-sponsors a Science Club and Earth Team at the school. "Education is the golden Key to Success in every phase of life, and I would like to be a partner in helping to enhance and enrich the lives of my students," says Dr. Nainan.
