Christine Comins teaches mathematics at Pueblo County High School. She has forged strong bonds with students by creating a ninth-grade math program for at-risk students, sponsored a Math-Science Fair for the middle school and instituted a "math bowl" for middle and high school students. She also directs the Math Club, and chairs the math curriculum committee for kindergarten through grade twelve. Ms. Comins is regarded as a master teacher who inspires and motivates others.
