Dr. Kim Wilbanks (AR '91) Named 2014 Arkansas Superintendent of the Year

Dr. Kim Wilbanks, who was a principal and kindergarten teacher when she received the Milken Educator Award in 1991, has been named the 2014 Arkansas Superintendent of the Year by the American Association of School Administrators (AASA). This award that puts her in contention for National Superintendent of the Year. Arkansas State Representative Harold R. Copenhaver said that Kim "exemplifies leadership and most of all personal integrity which is the true meaning of this award.”
