Stephanie Johnson Joins MI Milken Educators

 

 

Media attendance is a priority for all Milken Educator Awards events, as reporters have the ability to magnify the message far and wide about the importance of excellent teachers. Here, Stephanie Johnson is interviewed by local reporters and the Milken Family Foundation crew about her classroom and what the Milken Educator Award means to her.

"I had never imagined anything like this. I was blown away. It feels great to be recognized," said Johnson. "Educators have such an important impact on our young people. A teacher can change a child's life. We carry that with us every day."
