Brian Allman Joins Milken Educators in WV

 

 

Dr. Candice McQueen, chief executive officer of the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching, tells the assembly that she is here on behalf of the Milken Family Foundation. Every year MFF travels around the country honoring top educators. And this year, one of those outstanding teachers is right here in this room!
