John Lary Wins Louisiana Milken Educator Award

John Lary's students line the stage for an epic selfie with their award-winning teacher. Lary is teaching almost 200 AP history students this year, up from just 30 in his first year. And he's a teacher known for getting results: The school has seen an increase of 500% in the number of students passing AP exams, and many students graduate with 20 or more college credits.
