Biographical Information

Cindy has served nearly three decades in public education. She has a wealth of experience from the middle school level. Cindy served as a Building Resource Teacher and Instructional Coach at Sierra Middle School in Douglas County Schools in Colorado. In 2008, Cindy was afforded the opportunity to help open a new middle school and become the Professional Learning Specialist at Cimarron Middle School. In 2014, she was named as an assistant principal at Cimarron. Cindy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Middle School Education from the University of Northern Iowa, her Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University and a second Master's Degree from Western Governor's University. Among her numerous professional accomplishments and recognitions, Cindy was named a Disney National Educator and was, of course, honored with the prestigious Milken National Educator Award. She has also earned the Master Teacher Designation from the State of Colorado. In 2017, Cindy was named the principal of Euclid Middle School in Littleton Public Schools.
