PLYMOUTH, INDIANA—Indiana Secretary of Education Dr. Katie Jenner has stopped in at Plymouth High School for an all-school assembly about students' pathways and possibilities after graduation. But she's got a surprise guest waiting in the wings: Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, who presents English language arts teacher Josh Dingeldein with the first Milken Educator Award in Plymouth Community School Corporation, complete with a $25,000 cash prize.
