Turns out they've got a surprise for one outstanding teacher! Watch as Governor Beshear and Commissioner Glass join Stephanie Bishop, vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, to present STEM teacher Jessica Goodman with a Kentucky Milken Award and $25,000, changing the teacher's career forever.
