Maine Education Commissioner Pender Makin is glad to be visiting HCTC for today's assembly. She applauds the school's exceptional CTE programs, which prepare students for success in their post-secondary endeavors and the industrial world. Then, much to everyone's surprise, she introduces a special guest from California.
