Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, explains that every year the Milken Family Foundation looks for the most outstanding teachers and principals in the country to become Milken Educators. And this year, she tells the crowd, one of those outstanding educators is right here at Smalley Academy!
