LA Milken Educators Welcome Lauren Waguespack

 

Lauren Waguespack gives Lowell Milken, founder of the Milken Educator Awards, a tour of her sixth grade science classroom. Lauren's instructional strategies have become a model for others in her school and district, featured in videos by St. Charles Parish Public Schools to help other teachers learn from her practices. Known throughout her school as a source of support and motivation, Lauren is involved in nearly every committee on campus, including chairing the School Improvement Team, leading the sixth grade teacher faculty and serving as Technology Site Coordinator.
