Tami Nesting is currently working as the principal of a small rural high school in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain range. Ironically her calling and focus have remained the same even through the transition from classroom teacher to building administrator: gathering, organizing, analyzing and disseminating achievement data on 150 incoming ninth graders to guide their placement in math and reading for the 2018-19 school year.
