Two of the three teachers on NAGB (National Assessment Governing Board), the committee that sets policy for NAEP, the Nation’s Report Card, are Milken Educators: Shannon Garrison (CA '08) and Dr. Hector Ibarra (IA '93). Garrison teaches fourth grade at Solano Avenue Elementary School in Los Angeles and Ibarra is a consultant at the University of Iowa Belin-Blank Center.
