Robert Whitehouse (NE '97) Elected ViceChair of NE Board of Regents

Bob Whitehouse was elected as the 2010-2011 vice chairman of the Nebraska Board of Regents for the University system. He is presently co-coordinating the Middle School Learning Center Initiative (MSLCI), an afterschool program for middle school students in the Omaha Public Schools. This collaboration of services by the school district, city of Omaha and the Sherwood Foundation has received national attention for its services and extended learning activities in conjunction with Building Bright Futures.
