Kindergarten teacher Hailey Couch shares a few thoughts with the students, staff and guests at her surprise Milken Educator Award notification. "Thank you from the bottom of my heart," she says. "You guys inspire me every single day. I just feel really blessed and humbled to be up here." To her students, she issues a special invitation: "I hope you will come back to visit [after you graduate], because Madison is my home."
