The Milken Educator Award honors the most outstanding educators in the U.S.—and it also comes with a cash prize. How much? Students hold up cards representing the amount of the Award, one digit at a time. When New Jersey Department of Education Commissioner Kimberley Harrington holds up the final zero, the crowd starts to buzz: $25,000!
