Fifth-grade teacher Eric Crouch holds back tears as he addresses the students, staff and guests at Double Churches Elementary for his surprise Milken Educator Award notification. "I couldn't do this without these people right here," he says, gesturing to the students. "They're the reason why I'm here today."
