Milken Educator Awards Senior Vice President Dr. Jane Foley is a veritable maestro when it comes to building the audience’s excitement over the Milken way to thank an outstanding teacher. Here, she gets some help from student volunteers and Pennsylvania Acting Secretary of Education Carolyn C. Dumaresq (far right) to illustrate the financial value of the Award.
