Bob Whitehouse (NE '97) Inducted Into National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association Hall of Fame

Milken Award winner Robert (Bob) Whitehouse (NE '97) is one of 12 individuals across the country to be inducted into the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) Hall of Fame, class of 2015. 

The induction ceremony will take place at the Marriott World Center Hotel in Orlando, Florida on the evening of Dec. 15. The National Athletic Director’s Association was started in 1977 in Omaha, Nebraska, at a time when Whitehouse was president of the state athletic director's association. Whitehouse will be recognized for his work as a coach, athletic director, and middle and high school principal between the years of 1971 and 1984. He's now retired from the University of Nebraska.
